Hi,
I'm Warren Stout, I have supported personal
lines insurance for 6 years and food service
for 20 years. I specialize in data
management and continuous improvement, as
well as not giving people food poisoning.
When I'm not insuring or cooking, you can
find me bartending at our Elks Lodge, taking
care of my family, sewing, and gardening.
I’m proud to support the Benevolent and
Protective Order of Elks!
Lynn Hurd -
Leading Knight
I grew up on the North side of
Spokane and worked during high school at
the Downtown Elks Lodge #228. I
was hired out of college to work at an
electronics firm in Portland, Oregon
where I spent 38 years building,
installing, and instructing how to use
our products, sometimes halfway around
the world. Then I retired back to
Spokane with my wife Susan and our 2
small dogs. I have been a member
of Lodge #228 for 40 years and I am also
a life member. I enjoy electronics
including Amateur Radio.
Brandon Tillman - Loyal Knight
Howdy! I'm Brandon Tillman, originally
from San Antonio, TX. I moved to Spokane in
2007 when I was assigned to Fairchild Air
Force Base. In 2018 I retired from the U.S.
Air Force after nearly 23 years where I worked
as a law enforcement K-9 handler, performing
explosive detection operations. Afterwards I
became a firefighter/EMT with the City of
Cheney for six years. Today I am permanently
retired. I joined the B.P.O.E. in February of
2026 and jumped in feet first by running for
an officer position. I look forward to
serving the lodge and our members as the
Esteemed Loyal Knight while learning about our
organization and its culture.
